My name is Gretta. My therapy style is warm and personal. I work by getting to know you as a person and listen to your story. Together, we come up with goals and solutions that are going to work for you. I will treat you with sensitivity, respect, and warmth by getting to know you as a unique individual. I like to use ACT and Person Centered Therapy. We work together to set goals and homework each week to help you gain awareness and learn different coping tools to handle life's challenges. We will work through different life experiences and trials to help you gain awareness, process it, and work on moving forward.
