I work with adults and teens in individual, couples, or family sessions. I specialize in working with couples facing conflict, infidelity, and sex or intimacy issues. I believe uncomfortable conversations can lead to meaningful change when met with compassion and curiosity. I’m also a licensed drug and alcohol counselor, bringing a non-judgmental, person-centered approach. Humor and openness are key in my work, helping clients feel safe to explore difficult topics and build stronger connections. I work from an intersectional feminist lens. It is important to frame problems within the environment it was created in.
