Open to accepting new clients! Walking the middle path between "I did the best I could with what I knew at the time," AND "I need to make changes in order to improve my life," is tough. I specialize in helping my clients find that middle path and ways to navigate it as best they can. This can look different depending on the person and the situations they are dealing with. Typically, we've got to find a way to accept ourselves, befriend our head and our heart, and stay motivated towards change all at the same time.
