W.O.W. Counseling was created to assist you overcome challenges and achieve personal goals. For persons who feel stressed out by issues that are never-ending, who are coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, debilitating shame, relationship issues, career challenges, or other life transitions; WOW Counseling can help you process, validate, and if necessary, reframe your experiences, as you learn new, positive behaviors, and make changes. For those interested in Christian-based counseling, I am able to help you integrate biblical principles in your therapeutic work.
