I am a licensed mental health counselor who enjoys working with children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health difficulties. I support with school-related issues and utilizes applied behavioral analysis techniques in sessions to help clients identify areas of change and emotional growth. With adults, my therapeutic work aims to help clients improve their overall mental health and well-being. When appropriate, I rely on humor to help manage some of the challenges life can present when appropriate. I am understanding and empathetic, and can also provide direct feedback where it is needed.
