I have been in counseling practice for 25 years. Over this time I have noticed one constant theme: people often do not know how to address their emotional and relational pain. Unresolved emotional pain leads them to develop coping methods that increase their hurt and isolation. What if there was a way to make sense of this pain, learn to cope and even thrive, despite what life has offered? My passion is to help people understand themselves well and move to empowerment that brings hope and solutions, enabling them to thrive.
