This Jungian approach reconnects you to your depths, whether you have severe anxiety, depression, panic, or no symptoms at all. Then everything changes. What was fueling the symptoms often dissipates. Many of my clients are introspective, creative, dreamers, and people who aren't satisfied with common therapy approaches. Many remember dreams and work with them in sessions, but that's not required. Depth psychotherapy gives you an opportunity to change the infrastructure of your personality. It does this by gradually enabling you to see the contents of your unconscious psyche. Then decision-making takes a quantum leap.
