My goal as a clinician is to develop a safe, honest, trusting relationship so that my clients can explore all parts of themselves without judgement. I use evidence based practices and draw on the therapeutic relationship to help my clients feel seen, heard, and understood in ways that can offer healing. My hope is to help my clients enjoy the healthy and nurturing relationships they are seeking, and to live a more whole, purposeful, and satisfying life. I work well with individuals and couples who are looking to get to the root of their challenges, and move past managing symptoms. By gaining new insight about our interpersonal style, and the ways in which our past may be influencing our present, we can create more choice and freedom to be our most whole and authentic selves. When we work to better understand ourselves, we can also learn to better ask for what we need.
