Change is an undeniable part of life whether we are prepared for it or not. It can be intimidating and unexpected, but it can also present us with opportunities to learn and grow. My goal as a therapist is to hold space for those who are looking to step back from the constant motion of daily life and look within. I tend to work with older teens and adults who are working through life transitions or wanting to explore their own unique identity. I also work with ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, and stress management.
