My eclectic approach tends to help clients look deeply into their symptoms and past experiences, make meaningful connections, and allow them to arrive at self-understanding and helpful solutions. I see clients in IL and WI. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients are welcome in my practice. Regardless of your goals, I want to collaborate with you on developing helpful insights, skills, and supports. I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, parenting, and couples work. I also offer flexible telehealth scheduling.
