I bring responsiveness, curiosity, and warmth to my therapeutic work with adults of all ages, adolescents, and children. Clients work with me around issues relating to anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and/or grief. I am committed to seeing the individual as inextricable from their context, which means that I believe that a person’s social, economic, historical and cultural experiences are integral to who they are. I work to create a therapeutic space that attends to the here-and-now relationship as well as somatic feelings as sources of information and sites of transformation.
