Therapy should help you get better. My goal is to help clients move through difficult situations and make changes in their lives that contribute positively to their health. While I am a certified complex trauma therapist and specialize in treating combat related PTSD, I have also helped clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and infidelity. As a coach, I help clients to achieve personal goals such as losing weight or managing anger. Some people are wary of seeing a therapist, but my straight forward approach and focus on finding solutions has been an attractive option for even the most hesitant clients. After meeting with clients to acquire their history, a treatment plan is developed so that we have clear direction moving forward. My results driven approach works well for those who are ready to make life changes. Since my clients live across MI, TX, FL, and IA, all appointments are virtual and can be accessed via a smartphone or computer.
