Hi, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and California. My passion is to help people who struggle with childhood trauma, depression, grief, and/or anxiety to process their life stories, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills needed for the life they desire. I am aware that the times in which talk-therapy is sought out are also the times in which life feels overwhelming. Whatever that struggle may be, I believe that the human spirit is strong and capable of healing. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to live their best life!
