I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate substance use and addiction, whether you’re in recovery, or supporting someone who’s struggling. I also work with clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and women’s issues because life rarely fits into one box, and healing often means looking at the bigger picture.
