I love working with kids and families. When one member of the family is hurting, it affects the other members as well. I help strengthen families and give coping skills and tools to help heal brokenness and dysfunction. I work with the neurotypical and neurodivergent family. I seek to work in collaboration with the individual to help improve connections with the self and others in the individual's life. I use expressive arts and creative counseling such as EMDR/ Sand tray, Play Therapy, and Nature therapy to help families move closer to their goals. I am Autplay trained and use research supported and evidence-based practices.
