Hi, I’m Desiree, a licensed mental health counselor with a trauma-informed, faith-based approach to healing. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, integrating family systems therapy, polyvagal theory, narrative, and somatic techniques. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
