My practice is primarily focused in working with couples and families. As a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I am careful to ensure that everyone in the room feels heard and understood. I work with couples dealing with affairs, addictions, loss and trauma, as well as couples who just want to deepen their connection. I welcome all families, traditional and non-traditional. I work from a theoretical model that emphasizes the importance of adult and childhood attachment. I am also certified EMDR practitioner/facilitator with many years experience treating trauma, performance enhancement and addictions.
