I enjoy working with adolescents, couples, and families affected by trauma. By focusing on the connections between your mind, body, and spirit, we will work together to provide healing, hope, and restoration in a safe, compassionate, and empathetic way. In our sessions, I will help you navigate through the challenges you are facing using evidence-based and solution-focused interventions that draw upon trauma-informed approaches. I help clients navigate through attachment issues, relationship dynamics with practical tools, empathy, and compassion.
