I am a Mental Health Clinician with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. As a clinician, my primary goal is to work collaboratively with my clients, guiding them through the various processes and transitions that can be difficult to navigate alone. My counseling style is holistic and client-centered, which means that I focus on the whole person and their unique experiences, while allowing for the freedom of expression and collaboration. I believe that everyone's journey is unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.
