As a licensed marriage family therapist with over 20 years experience, I am committed to fostering healthy partnerships through enhanced communication & connection. I provide a supportive & non-judgmental space where couples can explore their challenges openly. With a compassionate yet direct approach, I help clients navigate problematic, communication patterns (that often make you feel unseen & often times misunderstood) & help them heal from betrayal such as infidelity. My goal is to help couples articulate their needs & emotions, fostering a deeper connection & understanding, guiding them towards a more fulfilling relationship. My goal is to reignite curiosity in partnerships, allowing individuals to identify their own interpersonal needs as well as the needs & desires they seek in a partner. We are consistently changing and evolving as individuals. It is inevitable that our needs & desires change as well. I believe it is never too late to redefine your relationship contract.
