Sometimes we all need a little help as we navigate the journey of life. Life can be full of loss and many different transitions. With my warm style and many years of experience, I am here to help. I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and self-harm. I also specialize in the oncology population with both the adult and pediatric age groups, with over 15 years of experience. Lastly, I am available to help parents with coaching in order to improve their parent child relationships families thrive. Living in today's society can be very challenging at times. Grief, medical issues in the family, break-ups, and mental health concerns add an extra amount of stress. I have training in EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction.
