Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I received my Masters in Psychology at Brandman University/Chapman University in Orange, CA in 2018. I currently have 5 years experience providing individual therapy to children/adolescents/adults. I have a specialty with working with anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, school issues/work issues/job stress, peer relationships, and family conflicts. I am focused on building an authentic relationship and rapport with my clients. I provide warmth and empathy in my sessions and take pride in connecting with my clients and helping guide them through their healing journey. I will work with the client to tailor a treatment plan for them to work on specific goals during our time in therapy together.
