They may be struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, or identity-related issues and are seeking clarity, balance, and peace. They want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and create healthier relationships while learning to navigate life with purpose and resilience. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences safely. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques, I help clients identify strengths, challenge negative patterns, and develop practical coping skills for lasting change.
