With a diverse toolbox of therapeutic approaches—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based methods—I offer tailored support to meet the specific needs of each client. My practice fosters a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their experiences. Using EMDR, I help process trauma, while positive psychology enhances well-being. I integrate CBT and DBT to equip clients with strategies for managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, etc.
