Life can be hard sometimes. Expressing yourself through artwork is encouraged as a tool to tell your story, release emotions, and discover hidden parts of yourself. From a place of understanding, you may see how life difficulties become the key to liberation. I offer art, talk, play, and sand tray therapies to help adults, children, teens and elders express their feelings and move through challenges. My approach is relational and person-centered, invoking the highest potential in my clients to reach their goals.
