I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping children, teens, families, and young adults navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, and I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by anxiety, complex trauma, and the foster care system. I am skilled in working with very young children who have experienced trauma, attachment disruptions and who exhibit challenging behaviors. With experience across a variety of settings, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping strategies, and find meaningful paths forward. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration, and I strive to honor each client’s unique story while empowering growth and healing.
