I work non-clinically - meaning I don't diagnose. I believe the structures of psychotherapy are socially normative - designed to atomize society's problems to the individual and to make people more compliant to broken systems. Instead, I work with the mind-body as a living system, thinking of the brain as one organ rather than as the core of who we are. I support clients as they create space in their current form for evolution - in their minds, in their nervous systems, in their myofascia, and in their energy flow. To find community and systems that align to their body wisdom, instead of adapting to a world that is harming them.
