I am a creative and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with kids, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, suicidality, grief and trauma. I have worked with adolescents and their families in various environments including in crisis and inpatient settings. I utilize a persons-centered approach and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, play therapy and art therapy. I strive to build a genuine connection with each person while supporting you meet your unique therapy goals.
