As a therapist, I strive to inspire individuals to discover their own power by identifying patterns which may be holding them back from who they truly are. My role as a therapist is to guide people toward finding their own inner power and strength, listen to their own inner knowing, and find healing that works for them. Therapeutic modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialect Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamics, internal family systems (inner child work), family of origin, positive psychology, self-efficacy, and self-empowerment perspective. I also incorporate a spiritual and holistic approach.
