I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) whose work is rooted in creating space for Black men, boys, athletes, and high performers to show up fully as themselves. I currently have five (5) client slots available for individual sessions weekdays in the late afternoon or mornings on the weekend. I specialize in supporting clients navigating stress, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.
