As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work primarily with teens and young adults during a stage of life that can feel intense, overwhelming, and full of uncertainty. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem concerns, body image, sexual identity, and shifting relationships while trying to figure out who they are and where they’re headed. It can be hard to open up to parents or authority figures, and there’s often a desire for a safe, supportive space to be fully honest, feel understood, and begin building confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
