I am passionate about empowering clients to find meaning, connectedness, and joy. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, heal pain, break free from dysfunctional patterns, and improve relationships. I work collaboratively and compassionately, using a holistic, relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach. With respect and authenticity, I will meet you where you are to spur healthy transformation and lasting healing. In addition to in-office and telehealth sessions, I offer nature-based and walk-and-talk eco-therapy, enhancing healing through the therapeutic power of nature. Sometimes, we can't see what keeps us trapped in destructive cycles and emotional distress. Together, we can explore what might be keeping you stuck so you can break free and move towards thriving.
