So much of what we carry is hard to look at—memories we avoid, feelings we push down, relational discord, or parts of our story that feel too vulnerable to share. Maybe, as much as you have tried to find a way through the hard, you continue to find yourself stuck in a loop of inner conflict, anxious turmoil and a disconnection from the real you. My desire is to provide you with a space that honors your story and allows you to process what has felt too overwhelming to carry alone.
