Hi! Welcome to my page! I am glad you are here. I work with sensitive, thoughtful, and often neurodivergent clients, who are overwhelmed by emotions, expectations, or sensory input, who want a gentle and compassionate therapist. You may struggle with body image, emotional eating, or feeling disconnected from your body. We work together using somatic experiencing to understand your nervous system, build regulation, and feel safer being yourself. Together, our work focuses on nervous system regulation, body image healing, and support for emotional eating, chronic stress, and trauma-related symptoms. My work focuses on co-regulation, attunement, as well as supporting children with foundational skills in communication and emotional awareness. I work with children with ASD, ADHD and anxiety.
