As a Latina therapist and proud daughter of immigrants, I know first hand the challenges and impact that family, culture, and societal expectations have in our lives. You may face times of anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, family and/or relationship conflicts. There may be days when you just feel unmotivated, sad, confused, angry, drained, disconnected, and on a roller coaster of emotions. Navigating it on your own can be hard and sometimes we just need a safe space to process it all with compassion, understanding, and someone who gets it.
