I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to help others get through the messy middle we call life. I have been in the social work field for fifteen years and enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My goal in working with my clients is to assist in the therapeutic process and allow individuals to gain insight that allows for change to occur. To name a few specialities, I have worked with betrayal, addiction, trauma (EMDR trained), and day to day stressors of life. Integrating a holistic approach and addressing the mind, body, and spirit allows for deeper change and growth to happen.
