Sometimes we find ourselves discouraged, stagnant, hurting, or stuck in bad relationship cycles. We find ourselves fighting the same fight over and over again, telling ourselves the same negative things, and believing them a little more each time. With a specialization in trauma, my passion is to help others heal from their past as well as recognize and achieve their full worth and potential in all areas of life. You don’t have to be a Christian to benefit from counseling with a faith-based therapist. I provide professional mental health services with a Biblical foundation for those who choose it. Your counseling path can include or exclude issues of spirituality. The direction of your therapy is always your choice.
