I specialize in children, adolescents, individuals and couples. My approach to therapy is based on the premise that each person has the ability to lead a fulfilling and productive life. Stress, lack of knowledge, losses, family and societal pressures all affect our self-portrait. Therapy is a safe place where a person can develop a more accurate and healthy view of one self. Our self-image and relationships are not static: they are dynamically changing. My approach includes a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Family Therapy.
