English | español With each stage in life, we are faced with new challenges. Sometimes new challenges may be too difficult to deal with alone and other times, we carry old problems with us. In order to live a happier, healthier life, we need to address those problems head on. With years of experience as a high school teacher and now as a counselor, I have experience working with adolescent problems, divorce or separation, foster and adoption, loss, cultural challenges, and coping skills. I have worked with clients that only speak Spanish and am accepting of all sexual orientations. My goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free space for you.
