You may have been told — directly or indirectly — that you are too much: too sensitive, too intense, too different. Perhaps you feel deeply, think creatively, or live in ways that challenge traditional norms. You are not broken — and you are welcome here. I work with adolescents and adults who experience the world with depth and sensitivity and are seeking a space where they don’t have to shrink. Many of my clients identify as women, queer, and/or neurodivergent, though I welcome people of all genders. I also have a particular care for adolescents and enjoy supporting teens through big emotions and identity exploration. I specialize in supporting clients through severe depression and suicidality, trauma, struggles with self-worth, relationship and attachment wounds, identity development, sexuality, desire, and concerns related to the body. Clients come to me seeking a therapist who truly sees them — warm, real, and respectful of their pace while offering gentle challenge.
