We all experience life in a different way. This may include how we are raised, what we observe and how we experience it. Although, we are human, our perspectives are different. With that being said, counseling may be beneficial in addressing problems we are currently facing or issues that have been persistent for years. Counseling provides a safe non-judgment environment with guidance to explore the root cause to the presenting problem. A goal would be working towards a greater well-being. With that come self-awareness, self-compassion, self-kindness, self-care, and most importantly self-love.
