If you are struggling with anxiety, navigating relationships or life changes, or have difficulty envisioning your ideal future, I am here to help. If you feel alone, uncared for, lacking in validation, or need an outlet to express your thoughts and feelings, I am here to listen and provide empathetic and nonjudgmental support and feedback. Together we can work on things like relieving your anxiety, moving away from a place of feeling stuck, or developing healthy communication and personal boundaries while helping you feel supported, understood, and heard. I am passionate about supporting women of all ages through the challenging circumstances of life. As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that therapy is the most fundamental form of self-care. I am certified in perinatal mental health and practice extensively with women struggling with the prospects or realities of motherhood.
