At Refuge Counseling, we are a shelter from the storm to keep you safe while you navigate life's difficulties. Change forces us to grow emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually. Therapy provides the tools and space to help you change so you can live your best life. Compassion, empathy, and connection are at the heart of what we provide. All treatment is Person-Centered and based on the following theories: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Systems Theory, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory. Our specialties include CBT, EMDR, and EFT/EFCT. We utilize a wide variety of skills and interventions to treat the whole person.
