I work with individuals who are ready to work on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, change of life issues, and various issues with raising their children, as well as working on their communication, and assist them in identifying their needs or goals for their family and/or personal goals. Assist them in identifying which is the most important to them and what they believe they will obtain when reaching their goal.
