Our human experience can be incredibly painful; we all have times of stress, sadness, struggle, and disconnection. How we manage what we do, where we focus, and how we are within ourselves can be pivotal to our healing and our ability to create a life that feels rich and meaningful. I use a connected, relational approach to explore the past and present to help clients develop new skills to open to emotions, turn the volume down on unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and to define and do what really matters. Please know you do not have to figure things out alone. I offer individual therapy specializing in teens, young adults, adults, and parent support. My clients explore the resources needed to improve relationships and communication, develop their internal wisdom in facing challenges, and cultivate an enhanced sense of self confidence and ease. We can decide together which type of therapy would work best for you.
