I am Diandrea, a Licensed Master of Social Work with a passion for creating a safe place where people feel comfortable and heard. I work with adolescents, teens, and young adults who are often misunderstood. I have experience working in schools and in a clinical setting where I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and self-esteem. I understand that growing up is not easy. There’s pressure to fit in, identity crisis starts to begin, puberty, and feeling unsure of yourself and what's to come in the future. People can tend to shut down and isolate and find themselves in a negative headspace. I have a very supportive and use an empathetic and strength-based approach where clients can feel comfortable to talk about anything on their mind and enjoy coming to therapy. My goal is to help clients learn to find joy in the present moment, have a better outlook on their life, and learn to build positive habits.
