I believe in the potential of my clients to tap their own resources to resolve issues in their life. I consider myself a catalyst in this process. I also believe in the ongoing ability for one to self actualize regardless of age or life circumstances. I focus on individual strengths and utilize what the client presents to enact change. I use my medical knowledge to work with mind body issues that cause discomfort or dysfunction. I deal with current concerns, and teach new skills as needed.
