I have 37+ years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. Currently I'm seeing clients via telehealth only. Using IFS, I offer effective ways for addressing trauma, anxiety and depression; I have extensive experience helping individuals with codependency, and self esteem issues. I provide compassionate and empowering assistance to those in pain. With children, I have much experience treating ADHD, social anxiety. I currently work with parents only. My group focuses on Women's Codependency recovery issues. I offer gender affirming care and work with the LGBTQ+ community.
