We’re all doing the best we can with the tools we’ve learned along the way. Those tools often develop for good reasons and help us through different chapters of life. Over time, some of our tools just don’t work as well as they used to. My role is to help you sort out what’s still serving you, what’s not, and what may need care or repair. Whether you’re moving toward a goal or weathering a storm, therapy offers space to strengthen what works and mend the pukas for this stage of your journey.
