Are you living the life you want? I am an Existential Coach with extensive training in Gestalt Therapy. I work with individuals as well as couples helping them to reclaim their emotional intelligence and the spirit of play. The aim is personal transformation and with more creative living. I have a background working with addiction, grief, anxiety, depression and self neglect. Diane's concept of diligent self care derives from insight into the subtle forms of self- neglect. Even if we are equipped with intellectual insight and interpretation of our own stories, we may fall prey to subtle traps that stand in the way of being emotionally present with self and others. Listening to the body can often help us to get out of our heads.
